The Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Services coordinates prevention, intervention, education, and peer leadership opportunities in the area of substance abuse. Join us! Student involvement is a key part of what we do. Our peer education groups are governed for students, by students. As part of our comprehensive alcohol prevention program, for the sixth year running the University of Connecticut is requiring that each member of the first-year class complete AlcoholEdu - an online, non-opinionated alcohol prevention program for college students.
